This heat is drawn from the evaporator positioned in the cabin and then cools down the fridge. In Isotherm fridges, the evaporator is not always hidden and integrated into the cabin foam which provides even better performance.

The Diesel Cooker flame needs to reach stable burning and to heat up the CERAN hob before the heat is transferred into the pot whereas the gas flame starts heating the pot right away.
It is recommended to lead the exhaust off under the vehicle. But it is also feasible to rout the exhaust line sideways or to the top if not possible otherwise. However please consider that exhaust is heavier than air and may enter the vehicle through other openings.

Yes! The Diesel Cooker is equipped with a manual altitude mode. When cooking in altitudes above 1,500 m, it is necessary to switch on the mode at the control panel. In this mode the operation is approved until an altitude of 2,200 m.
The cooker is very efficient and only needs 0.09 - 0.19 l diesel per hour.
