Connectivity is as simple as that

A small ThermoConnect control unit is installed in the vehicle so that the app and the parking heater can communicate with each other. The control unit ensures a smooth connection and can also be retrofitted without any problems. The app is conveniently activated and linked via the QR code. You can then maintain and change your personal data at any time via "my.webastoconnect.com".
The mobile connection is already included in the control unit and software updates are carried out automatically.

Free of charge in first year*

The mobile connection is already included in the control unit. You therefore do not need to top up any credit or conclude a separate mobile phone contract. The service works in mobile networks of supported countries. Please see list below.

It is free to use in the first year. From the second year onwards, an annual usage fee of EUR 34.99 will be charged.

The app is available free of charge for Android and iOS devices.

Prerequisites for Use

The use of the ThermoConnect Basic package is contingent on prior installation of the required control unit in your vehicle. The control unit and the installation in your vehicle are not included in the operation fee. To obtain an installation quote, please contact an authorized Webasto partner.

Please note: ThermoCall app controllers are not compatible with the ThermoConnect.
