Coolant Heating Solutions
Webasto Coolant Heaters circulate the machines coolant over a heat exchanger and then pumps it back through the engine and HVAC system. The result is a pre-heated engine and interior. In extreme climates, the heater can be used with additional accessories to warm the fuel, hydraulic fluid and batteries.

Thermo Pro 90 HD
The Webasto Thermo Pro 90 HD has been specially designed for use in heavy duty machinery. New features such as altitude adjustment, Arctic Start and seamless heating control provide engine-off pre-heat to make these vehicles operational in extremely cold conditions.
Fuel saving and low energy consumption make a valuable contribution to both cost-savings and environmental protection.

Thermo Pro 50 HD

Thermo E+ 320
The Webasto Thermo E+ 320 pre-conditions a machines engine by integrating into the vehicle coolant system to warm and circulate the coolant prior to initial startup. The result is reduced fuel consumption, reduced operating hours and reduced emissions. The new Webasto Thermo E+ 320 combines a significantly shorter and lighter profile with a new brushless motor and nozzle burner technology to achieve up to 4.5% fuel savings compared to its predecessor.
